GROUP COACHING

 

This is a 3-month online program to:

⚡️ transform your specific communication struggles,

⚡️ receive my direct coaching, and

⚡️ engage in transformation within the powerful container of a conscious group.


The coaching program is available to only 10 individuals who are open, willing, and committed to make the specific changes necessary to have the kind of life and relationships they most desire.

A conscious and compassionate group dedicated to learning transformative communication tools specific to each participant’s needs and becoming more present and available to the people in our lives.

 LANGUAGE ALCHEMY® GROUP COACHING INCLUDES:

 

✓  A group kick-off session with Alejandra in which you will set your personal intentions and communication goals for the program

✓  6 Live 90-minute group coaching sessions with Alejandra (2 a month) in which you can receive coaching on your particular communication struggles

✓  5 Live 60-minute Q&A sessions with Alejandra (2 a month) to ask Alejandra any question about communication 
 

✓  A structured 20-minute weekly call with a learning partner (at a time that works for you) to practice the tools you are learning and keep yourself accountable. These calls will help you maintain your focus on the intentions and goals you set for this program

✓  Handouts and resource materials customized for the group's collective needs and focus areas 

✓  Recordings of all sessions to revisit later (for up to 90 days). If you miss a live session, you will have access to the recording within 72 hours

✓  A private Slack channel to share your communication explorations and successes with all participants, and get accountability from Alejandra

MEET YOUR COACH

Hi! I’m Alejandra Siroka.  I’m a transformative communication teacher and coach, and host of the Language Alchemy Podcast. I'm devoted to helping multicultural individuals and couples on the journey of personal growth, transform their lives and relationships through conscious communication.

I know what it’s like to have unsatisfactory relationships. In the past, I lost dear friendships because I didn’t know how to be a true friend, especially when I felt triggered by something they did or said. I also went through tough breakups that seemed to come out of nowhere. I realized the issue wasn’t them. The issue was that I didn’t know how to communicate skillfully.

Like most people, I believed I communicated well -after all, I had two masters degree in the field of communication and I spoke more than two languages! Well, I humbly realized how much I didn't know to communicate when I met my husband Matthew in 2004. After a big argument during our first year of marriage, I made it my personal mission to learn to keep our marriage meaningful and thriving. I clearly saw that to accomplish what I wanted,  I had to transform my communication. This transformation changed every relationship in my life. In time, I learned to show up with my husband, family, friends and in my professional relationships as a mature conscious adult. I now enjoy a beautiful marriage, long-lasting friendships, and authentic connection with my family and in my professional interactions.

I launched Language Alchemy® over 15 years ago and had the honor of supporting hundreds of people every year. I’m honored to witness how delightful life becomes for my communication students and clients who have learned to transform their communication. This transformation allows them to have the kinds of lives and relationships they most desired.

When I’m not teaching or coaching, you’ll catch me writing my book that will be published next year, hiking, dancing, playing music, in a meditation/yoga retreat, or having a meaningful conversation with a friend over a cup of tea. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my beloved husband, Matthew, of 20 years and our two cats Miles and Meena.
